The deeper I have traveled down the path of self-discovery in my own life, the more I believe that the mind, body, emotions and spirit cannot be separated. I have the privilege of teaching this at Anamaya Resort in Costa a Rica in a workshop series called Create the Life You Want. The series is designed to help identify what’s holding you back, how to move forward and create a life inline with your deepest you. Please consider joining me February 20 – 27 for a week of amazing classes, yoga, surfing and community! To register or explore pricing, please contact .

Understanding the Enneagram
Unlock the mysteries of your unique personality type
We all have a default setting. It’s the way we’ll typically respond if we aren’t paying attention. This innate response of our personality is so deeply tied to our way of being that most of us have little awareness of it.
While this default is often helpful in childhood, over the years, this automated response no longer works for every situation. The Enneagram is a profoundly helpful personality system designed to give us new tools for self-noticing. While many personality systems box us in, the Enneagram allows you to see your box (your personality) and enables you the capability to step out of it.
If you’re feeling stuck in your life, this class will get you started on your transformation journey. The Enneagram gives us vision and permission to interrupt the patterns and strategies that no longer serve us and invites us to create the kind of life that we’ve always wanted.
Understanding Your Inner Critic
Learn to work with the inner critic instead of being ruled by it
Shame is a part of the human experience and criticism can allow us to see a better way to perform. However, when shame and criticism take over, the inner critic is born.
The inner critic uses shame, judgment and criticism to keep us behaving “properly.” Without a deep awareness and re-framing of our inner critic, self-love and self-improvement become difficult to attain.
In this class, you’ll learn to identify when the inner critic is showing up and running the show and how to re-frame. Through curiosity and investigation, you’ll learn the tools to hold yourself with compassion and kindness as opposed to judgment and self-loathing.
Navigating Difficult Relationships Through the Empowerment Triangle
Create relationships that work and conversations that empower
How much responsibility should you take in your relationships? Do you have a tendency to over-give or over-take from friends and family? Complain when things don’t go your way? Or persecute and criticize others when they don’t meet your expectations?
By understanding the Empowerment Triangle, you start to identify relational dysfunction and transform your interactions. Based on transactional analysis, this simple yet profound system helps to shine light on the stuck areas in our relationships and provides a map to get out of those patterns. You’ll leave with a clear picture of how to step away from playing the victim, rescuer or persecutor role and move into the role of creator, compassionate challenger and coach with those in your life.
It takes skill to navigate relationships and communicate in direct and effective ways. By using the Empowerment Triangle, you will be able to navigate everyone’s needs, while leading from the heart, to build and sustain healthy relationships.
