Sound therapist Geoff Lamden shares this guided meditation and sound from his didgeridoo.

 

Geoff is a sound therapist, naturopath, teacher, foodie and home remedy maker. Geoff helps those he works with create a deeper connection to themselves, their community, and their natural surroundings for lasting health. Geoff practices sound therapy at Continuum Healing and grows food, kombucha and community at home and in his family’s garden. He believes that when a person becomes well, a chain reaction of health is started within and around them. It is his honor to offer the gift of wholeness to those he works with.

Close your eyes.

Our sense of vision takes 18 times the Energy as our sense of Hearing.
Listen.
kNOw. Listen.
Within You.
The sound of your Breath.
The sound of your Heartbeat.
The sound you Hear when you try to Listen.
The story that you sing.
Hear. Here…..

Cup your hands over your Ears and Listen.
Listen to the sounds of your body.
Your Natural Sounds.
Relax the jaw…..

Move the hands around to the face with fingertips lightly touching the brow line.
Breathe.
In through the nose.
Out through the nose twice as long as the inhale.
Breathe again.
Listen. Here.
This Moment…..

Hear.
Breathe.
Hear the world around you.
Notice the sounds within you.
The two swirling together to sing the story of You.
In This Moment.

Hear Yourself and You Heal Yourself
